By downloading, installing, or using Kraft, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws

2. Our Services

Kraft provides:

• Workout logging and exercise tracking
• Progress visualization and statistics
• Personal records tracking
• Exercise library with form guides
• AI-powered workout insights
• Optional cloud sync across devices

3. Health Disclaimer

By using Kraft, you acknowledge that:

• We do not provide medical advice or treatment recommendations
• You exercise at your own risk and responsibility
• You should consult a doctor before starting any fitness program
• Our AI insights are suggestions only, not medical prescriptions
• We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during exercise

4. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your email address up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or breach our security
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Abuse or harass our staff or other users
• Create multiple accounts to abuse services
• Scrape data or use automated systems against our services

6. Your Data

Your workout data is yours. All data is securely encrypted and stored in our cloud infrastructure, allowing you to access it from any device.

7. Subscriptions and Fees

Kraft offers a lifetime access model for early adopters:

• Lifetime access: Full access to all features with a one-time payment
• Premium features: Advanced AI insights, analytics, and unlimited cloud storage

For purchases:

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies
• Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase

8. Intellectual Property

Kraft, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Orber & Co. Ltd. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our app
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Your workout data and custom content remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the greater of:

• £50, or
• The amount you paid us in the last 12 months

We are NOT liable for:

• Injuries sustained while exercising
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data stored locally on your device
• Third-party service failures (Apple, Google, cloud providers)
• Decisions made based on app information or AI suggestions

Nothing limits our liability for death/injury caused by negligence or fraud.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Kraft available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account anytime via Settings > Delete Account.

We may terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• We suspect fraud or illegal activity
• Required by law
• Your account is inactive for 24+ months

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Before legal action, contact us at kraft@orber.co for informal resolution (30 days).

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes require 30 days notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
